Lead Times
Right now we're running a delay in getting orders shipped. It's not by design - we want you to get your products ASAP. Please give us 5-7 business days to ship an order (excluding firearms and NFA items) before asking for an update. NFA orders are currently taking between 10-14 days AFTER we receive your receiving dealer's FFL and SOT. Order updates are provided via the system automatically, and you'll be notified when it ships. In Stock Status
- We had some issues earlier this year with stock levels not tracking accurately. We've gone to GREAT lengths, and made substantial investments in new technology and processes, to ensure this isn't the case moving forward. The increase in volume overwhelmed our previous practices and we had to evolve very quickly. We'd love a chance to show you that we've grown as a result and are looking forward to fulfilling your order in a timely fashion.
- If the website allows you to order a product, we should have it in stock. We aren't perfect, and sometimes an in-store order will squeeze past us before the website updates (which is rare, it's usually instantaneous), but it happens. If that's the case, we try to reach out to you to get you squared away.
- In the instance that something is erroenously marked "in stock", we reserve the right to cancel your order immediately, or take up to 7 days to fulfill your order. At that time we will reach out to you and give you the option to cancel the order or wait.
Product Descriptions and Images
We often use product images and descriptions from the OEMs and our distributors. Sometimes this causes incorrect information to be posted temporarily. When in doubt, check the product description. The images are not meant to be an inventory of items you'll receive, merely a representation of the product.
