- We keep a live inventory on our website. If it has an "add to cart" button, then it's in stock and orderable. If it's not, sign up for in-stock notifications.
- If it's not in stock, no we don't have "that last one" hanging out in the warehouse. Please, don't ask, it just chews up our support staff's time when they could be working on other orders and getting stuff out the door!
- We cannot possibly keep track of everyone's request to "let them know when.....". That is why we have in-stock notification functionality on our website. You will automatically get an email when it is available for order once again.
Special Orders
You're free to get in touch with us around special orders, but we make no guarantees. Special orders may require a non-refundable deposite or payment in full, depending on the order. Either way, special orders are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Pre-Orders
We generally do not do pre-orders, but if we do, they will be announced.
Back Orders
We do NOT do back orders. Our website inventory is live.
